   We were on vacation and needed a doctor to check our baby. Came to this doctor, explained the situation, they said to wait together with others in a waiting room, took our insurance card. 20 mins later doctor came to us and said they will not take us for no reason and we need to go to the hospital instead. They could have said that when we came and asked at the reception, especially when receptionist called to the doctor and explained everything. I asked the doctor why they needed our insurance card if they don’t take us. She said because the lady who came to take our insurance card didn’t speak english. And then the doctor was nervous because I didn’t like her answer and the whole situation of waiting for no reason. Waiting with all sick kinds when you have a baby is never a good idea!
