Dávejte pozor na tu firmu, já jsem si půjčil auto od něj na taxi s ubrem .uber platil jim peníze. Ale oni mi neplatili vsechy peníze platili jenom půlku
Mel jsem od nich pronajate vozidlo, smlouva plna sankci pri nedodrzeni podminek. To, ze oni nedodrzuji smlouvu ohledne vraceni kauce, je moc nezajima! Je to banda amateru. Po ukonceni smlouvy dal posilaji faktury a nasledne upominky! Rozhodne nedoporucuji, velmi nesolidni jednani!!!
Objednané taxi nepřijelo, i když jsem ho objednala den dopředu a ještě si jednou telefonicky ověřovala, že objednávka platí. Následně mi při urgenci v čas odjezdu slečna, špatně hovořící česky, nebyla schopná situaci vysvětlit a bez omluvy mi raději zavěsila. Poté mi už nikdo záměrně telefon nezvedl. Taxíku ani omluvy jsem se nedočkala. V situaci, kdy člověk jede s dvěmi malými dětmi na vlak, je toto jednání opravdu sprosté a neprofesionální. Rozhodně službu nedoporučuji.
We had a terrifying experience with EasyGo a.s. when we booked a taxi through Hotel Apollon to the airport. The fare was 790 CZK—not cheap—but what made it worse was the reckless driving, which put our lives at risk. The driver sped so much that we reached the airport in just 18 minutes, despite the route normally taking at least 30 minutes. The driver constantly changed lanes without signaling, overtook multiple cars aggressively, and even drove into the opposite lane to bypass traffic. He was visibly irritated, flashing his headlights at other drivers to move and muttering angrily in the car. We repeatedly asked him to slow down, but he refused. His response? “I’m in a hurry; I have other clients.” Completely unacceptable! Instead of prioritizing safety, he was focused on rushing to his next fare. When we reported the incident, unfortunately, Hotel Apollon said they couldn’t do anything, and EasyGo a.s. dismissed our concerns, claiming this driver has worked for them for a long time. Three passengers felt unsafe, but they told us we were all wrong—what a joke! We expected safe and professional service but instead experienced a highly unsafe, stressful ride. This level of disregard for passenger safety is completely unacceptable. If you value safety, professionalism, and basic customer service, DO NOT use EasyGo a.s.. I would strongly advise against trusting this company with your transportation.
My friend and I were staying at Hotel Apollon, and we asked for a taxi to the airport. We got a taxi from EasyGo a.s. and the total price was 790 CZK which is not cheap. It was such a disappointment that the taxi driver was driving completely carelessly. He drove so fast that we reached the airport in 18 minutes, while the distance between the hotel and the airport is minimum 30 minutes. The driver overtook many cars, moved from lane to lane without using the signals, got angry when other cars were in front of him and spoke angrily in the car, flashed his lights to the car in front of him so that the car would move. At one point, he went into the opposite lane to pass 3 cars that were in front of him! He put our lives in danger! We asked him many times to slow down, but he did not listen. When we said that we are not in a hurry and asked him to slow down, he said he is in a hurry because he has other clients to take. Impolite answer for a taxi company that claims to have good service. When we reported the incident, Hotel Apollon said they cannot do anything about it, and the taxi company EasyGo dismissed our concern by saying this driver has been working them for a long time. We were 3 people in the car and all of us felt unsafe at his unnecessary fast driving, but EasyGo claimed we were all wrong. What a joke of a company.
Super auta ná vysokého úrovni .májů svoj dispečing ktori funguje nonstop priamo aj u řidiču v autě, tudiž kdiž uvidite na aute Easygo tak mužete si přimo objednat jízdu na místo určeni .řidič si místo uršeni zapíše a ces dispečing mu pošlou pladbu za kolik vás na místo určení odveze. (Nemusíte mat ani aplikaci v tel ) Je to super taxi služba , autá májů: luxusné a cofortne , pohodlné .nové -zánovné. Absolutně doporučuju.
Často využívám tuto luxusní taxislužbu a řidiči jsou na nejlepší úrovni co jsem poslední dobou zažila. Žádné UK, nebo USBEK, slušně oblečení a vždy milý řidiči. Za mě Vám ráda EASYGO doporučím
