NO STARS! @Blendjet. I was one of the fortunate one's that had my blender recalled almost TWO YEARS ago. I did exactly what #blendjet asked me to do " break my blender and send them a picture". To this date I have yet to receive a replacement. I have contacted them numerous times, " we are servicing them in order of receipt". @blendjet I'm still patiently waiting and if I have to take more extensive measures then I will. SHAME ON YOU!! You must be hoping the majority forgets or gives up, well I won't.
